Aesthetic Nurse – Clinical Care Specialist

About the role

This position goes beyond traditional nursing, focusing on aesthetic and wellness services. The Aesthetic Nurse will ensure safe, personalized, high‑quality care for clients seeking cosmetic procedures in a professional, client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients, obtain health information, monitor vital signs and provide nursing care before, during and after aesthetic procedures.
• Explain procedures, give pre‑treatment instructions, prepare clients and address their concerns.
• Support physicians and aesthetic practitioners during treatments while following clinical protocols.
• Observe clients closely, recognize adverse reactions, and promptly escalate concerns to the appropriate provider.
• Provide post‑treatment aftercare instructions, monitor immediate reactions and reinforce guidelines.
• Maintain infection control through proper sterilization, medication safety and clinical protocols.
• Document assessments, procedures, medications and client outcomes accurately and timely.
• Build rapport, communicate professionally, protect confidentiality and deliver compassionate, personalized care.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses and other team members to ensure safe and efficient service delivery.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment and supplies for daily aesthetic procedures.

Required profile

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
• Relevant nursing experience in aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, outpatient or clinical settings is an advantage.
• Pleasant, warm and approachable personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well‑groomed, polished and professional appearance suitable for a premium aesthetics setting.
• Demonstrates professionalism, confidence, discretion and attention to detail when interacting with clients.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment and willing to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
