Aerial Operator – Suva, Fiji Islands

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Aerial Operator to join our team on a project site in Suva, Fiji Islands. The successful candidate will operate boom lifts, scissor lifts, and similar aerial work platforms while ensuring safety and equipment reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Operate boom lifts, scissor lifts, or comparable aerial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition.
• Follow all safety protocols, fall‑protection standards, and site regulations.
• Collaborate with crew members to complete construction tasks on schedule.
• Document equipment usage, work activities, and maintenance actions accurately.

Required profile

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Aerial Work Platform (AWP) operator certification or training.
• Minimum 12 years of experience operating boom lifts, scissor lifts, or similar equipment.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards and fall‑protection systems.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
