Aerial Operator – Suva, Fiji Islands

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Aerial Operator to join our team on site in Suva, Fiji Islands. The successful candidate will operate boom lifts, scissor lifts, and other aerial work platforms safely and efficiently while supporting construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Operate boom lifts, scissor lifts, and similar equipment on a daily basis.
• Perform routine inspections, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep equipment in safe working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols, fall protection standards, and site regulations.
• Collaborate with crew members to ensure timely project completion.
• Document equipment usage, work activities, and maintenance actions.

Required profile

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Aerial Work Platform (AWP) operator certification or training.
• Minimum 12 years of experience operating boom lifts, scissor lifts, or comparable equipment.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards and fall protection systems.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights.
