Adviser - Tax Advisory

About the role

Join a leading Big Four professional services firm as an Adviser in Tax Advisory. You will work from a hybrid home‑office setup in Pampanga, supporting Australian clients on complex tax matters while collaborating with global tax specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns and advisory reports for review by engagement managers.
• Conduct technical research and draft advice on Australian income tax, GST, domestic and international structuring, and cross‑border transactions.
• Provide tax guidance for asset acquisitions, divestments, IPO structuring, and related due‑diligence activities.
• Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office during audits, reviews, and disputes.
• Monitor legislative changes and apply updated tax requirements to client engagements.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and maintain organized client information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, Accounting or related field with taxation coursework.
• CA or CTA qualification (or currently pursuing).
• 4‑5 years of experience in Australian tax consulting, advisory, insurance or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Australian taxation and accounting legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
