Advanced Commercial Services Support

About the role

Schneider Electric is looking for an Advanced Commercial Services Support professional to join its Philippines Service Sales Team. You will act as a key liaison between internal sales representatives, partners and customers, ensuring smooth processing of sales leads, quotes, service requests and data management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute sales leads and send email notifications and quotes for one‑phase opportunities.
• Oversee service request processes, ensuring creation and communication to partners and customers.
• Identify duplicate accounts and opportunities in bFS and collaborate with the team to clean data.
• Execute internal administrative requests for V2/KAM Inside Service Sales Representatives, including quote creation, master agreements, data cleansing, account/asset registration, entitlement reports, service/warranty certificates, international credit claims, regional sales budget requests, invoicing requirements and pricing requests.
• Provide additional duties as assigned by the NAM Inside Service Sales Manager and the Manager of the Philippines Service Sales Team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4‑year discipline.
• Prior sales or customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Schneider Electric’s portfolio and strong customer relations in the manufacturing segment are advantageous.
• Excellent English communication and interaction skills.
• Experience with services and recurring maintenance contracts is a key differentiator.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
