Administrativo/a de Flota – Gestión de Tráfico

About the role

Sesé is looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant for Traffic to join its Transport division in Zaragoza. The role supports the fleet team by ensuring all vehicle documentation is up‑to‑date and by assisting drivers and fleet managers with day‑to‑day operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain circulation documents for tractors and trailers, including driver licences, CAPS, ITV certificates and insurance policies, and process circulation charges.
• Register and keep current vehicle data and associated devices in the internal system.
• Assist in training drivers on authorised routes, tasks and coordination with the Fleet Manager.
• Handle internal client incidents or complaints, providing quick and efficient solutions.
• Record and archive administrative paperwork generated by driver activities.
• Manage driver‑related activities such as timesheets, advance requests and system onboarding/off‑boarding.

Required profile

• Higher education in Transport and Logistics (or equivalent experience).
• High level of English; a second language is a plus.
• Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and strong internal/external customer focus.
• Team player with the ability to lead complex operations in a dynamic international environment.
• Knowledge of transport operations (fleet or transport management) is valued.
