Administrative Associate – TMC Clinic (Araneta Center)

About the role

The Administrative Associate serves as the first point of contact for patients at the TMC Clinic, ensuring a smooth and courteous experience from arrival to discharge. The role supports clinical operations by handling inquiries, validating information for medical care, and assisting with billing and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and comfort while assisting with medical and diagnostic procedures.
• Greet patients, answer telephone calls and emails, and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Schedule appointments according to doctors' availability and refer patients to other TMC clinics when needed.
• Secure letters of authorization, approvals, and endorsements for patient services.
• Assist the cashier with issuing receipts and invoices, and collect and encode patient data for clinic transactions.
• Apply appropriate discounts for HMO partners and act as an ambassador for stakeholder relationships.
• Manage proper storage, release, and confidentiality of medical and diagnostic records in compliance with the Data Privacy Act.
• Monitor and order forms for HMOs and companies, prepare reports, and perform other assigned administrative tasks.
