About the role
The Administrative Associate serves as the first point of contact for patients at the TMC Clinic located in Sun Mall. The role ensures a smooth and welcoming experience by handling inquiries, validating information for medical care access, and supporting billing and record‑keeping processes.
Key responsibilities
- Greet patients upon arrival, answer telephone calls and emails, and respond to general inquiries.
- Schedule appointments according to doctors’ availability and refer patients to other TMC clinics when needed.
- Secure letters of authorization, approvals, and endorsements required for patient services.
- Assist the cashier with issuing receipts and invoices, and collect and encode patient data for clinic transactions.
- Apply appropriate discounts for HMO members and other stakeholders, and act as an ambassador for partner HMOs.
- Manage the proper storage, release, and confidentiality of medical and diagnostic records in compliance with the Data Privacy Act.
- Monitor and order required forms for HMOs and companies, prepare reports, and perform additional tasks as assigned.
