About the role

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can combine administrative support with on‑site health services. As an Administrative Assistant and Company Nurse, you will ensure smooth office operations while providing first‑aid care and basic health assessments for our staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
• Provide first‑aid response and emergency medical assistance within the workplace.
• Conduct basic health assessments and wellness checks for employees.
• Maintain confidential medical records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in organizing health‑related programs and office initiatives.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the Philippines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both HR and medical teams.

Required skills

• First Aid certification.
• Basic health assessment techniques.
