Administration and Finance Analyst

About the role

The Administration and Finance Analyst will support Project CEDAR within UNDP's Peace and Stabilization Team in Cotabato City. Reporting daily to the Project Manager, the role ensures smooth administrative operations and accurate financial monitoring for the three‑year community‑centric development initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support, maintain project records, manage logistics for meetings, workshops and travel, and conduct equipment/property inventories.
• Facilitate procurement of office supplies, equipment and services, and support personnel performance appraisal and leave monitoring.
• Analyze UNDP financial rules, prepare budget reports, monitor expenditures, process cash advances, reimbursements, vouchers and payroll, and ensure timely corrective actions on budget errors.
• Coordinate with UNDP Finance, Procurement and Field Office teams, as well as external donors and partners, to ensure compliance with UNDP Programme and Operations Policies.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse national and cultural backgrounds and a client‑oriented approach.
• Experience in financial administration, budgeting, and procurement within an international organization or development project.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines.
