About the role

The Admin Officer will support daily operations by managing purchase requests, document flow, and financial controls within DHL Supply Chain. This position ensures that essential supplies are available, invoices are processed promptly, and cash handling is accurate, contributing to smooth warehouse and bundling activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Raise purchase requests (PRs) on time and ensure stock availability for operations and bundling supplies.
  • Receive delivery receipts (DRs), process them promptly, and submit invoices to IDR for payment processing.
  • Reconcile petty‑cash fund, matching receipts, invoices, and cash to the fund balance.
  • Monitor site expenses against the approved budget.
  • Submit continuous‑improvement ideas for the People Engagement Program of OMS.
  • Conduct Gemba walks focused on warehouse facilities.
  • Submit near‑miss and safety (BBS) reports.

Required profile

  • Graduate of any discipline with experience in administrative functions.
  • Background in purchasing and document management.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Available to start as soon as possible.
