About the role

PwC is looking for an Admin Assistant (Proby) to support its Operations team. In this role you will facilitate smooth communication between consultants, engagement teams and clients, helping to manage resources, learning, technology and compliance matters.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to engagement teams, ensuring timely exchange of information.
  • Assist with resource management, learning and development initiatives, and human‑capital reporting.
  • Handle, manipulate and analyse data responsibly to support decision‑making.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and suggest process enhancements.
  • Maintain compliance with the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.

Required profile

  • Professional conduct with accountability for work and commitments.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing team and client needs.
  • Strong communication skills, empathetic and audience‑focused.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and take proactive action.
