About the role
Asiacruit is seeking an Admin Assistant to provide essential administrative and operational support to internal teams and external stakeholders. The role demands strong organizational abilities, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and send reminders.
- Handle incoming calls and email correspondence, draft professional responses, and escalate matters when needed.
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and update databases, CRM, or project‑management systems.
- Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and assist with expense submissions.
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices and tracking expenses.
- Maintain and organize digital files, shared folders, and document version control.
- Assist with office procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory management.
- Provide customer and internal support by responding to routine inquiries and escalating complex issues.
- Identify process‑improvement opportunities and help implement automation best practices.
Required profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative support or office administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong multitasking, time‑management, and prioritisation abilities.
- Resourceful problem‑solver who can research solutions independently.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with project‑management and communication tools such as Asana, Trello, Slack, and Zoom.
