Active Directory Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Engineer to join our hybrid team in Metro Manila. You will lead the design, migration, and ongoing administration of our Windows and cloud identity environments, ensuring high availability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Design, engineer, and implement Active Directory solutions, including migrations between forest domains.
• Administer Windows Server services such as DNS, NPS, Certificate Authority, DHCP, and WSUS.
• Manage and troubleshoot cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) that integrate with AD.
• Monitor systems using tools like Graylog, Zabbix, and CheckMK.
• Coordinate vulnerability remediation with Qualys and maintain backup solutions (Veeam, Cohesity).
• Support virtualization platforms (VMware, Nutanix, Proxmox) and storage management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Windows System Administration experience.
• Proven experience in AD design, migration, and integration with applications.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast‑changing, multicultural environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
