Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the role

KDCI Outsourcing is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage day‑to‑day AR functions, including collections, cash application, and account reconciliation. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high‑volume transaction processing independently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform various Accounts Receivable and related finance functions.
• Manage collection activities and follow up on outstanding customer balances.
• Process and accurately apply customer payments through cash application.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle high‑volume transaction processing while maintaining accuracy.
• Maintain accurate data and records within accounting and ERP systems.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding account balances and payments.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on payment information and account matters.
• Enter data and process transactions according to established procedures.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines while ensuring precision.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Applications, or a similar finance role.
• Strong background and understanding of accounting and AR processes.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
