Accounts Receivable Specialist / Credit Controller (Remote)

About the role

Join FUJIFILM MicroChannel as an Accounts Receivable Specialist supporting our Australia‑based operations from the comfort of your home. You will work on an Australian calendar, handling the full accounts receivable cycle while ensuring timely cash flow and credit risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Issue invoices and process incoming payments in accordance with Australian standards.
• Perform credit checks, set credit limits and monitor customer credit exposure.
• Follow up on overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes.
• Reconcile daily, weekly and monthly AR ledger entries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the accounting system.
• Prepare AR ageing reports and provide insights to finance leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or credit control.
• Familiarity with Australian business hours and financial practices.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
