Accounts Receivable

About the role

The Accounts Receivable role is responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate invoicing, and supporting the finance team with month‑end and audit activities. The position works closely with business units and the Collections Department to resolve billing issues and maintain data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoices, credits, debits, and maintain customer account records.
• Communicate proactively with business units regarding problem accounts.
• Collaborate with the Collections Department to resolve billing disputes.
• Provide timely responses to internal and external inquiries for information.
• Compile required data for month‑end, quarter‑end, and financial audits.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

Required profile

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or a similar accounting function.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to process high volumes of transactions while maintaining data integrity.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
