About the role
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team remotely. The role involves supporting AP processes, handling credit‑card reconciliations, employee expense claims and general finance administration, ensuring smooth coverage for the finance department.
Key responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and manage accounts payable transactions.
- Perform credit‑card reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Review and process employee expense reports.
- Provide finance administrative support and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payments and reporting.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
