About the role
We are looking for a reliable and organized professional to manage both accounts payable and property maintenance functions. The role combines financial processing with tenant‑focused service, ensuring timely vendor payments and prompt resolution of maintenance requests.
Key responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices, enter data into QuickBooks Desktop, and ensure on‑time payments.
- Maintain accurate AP records, reconcile statements, and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Answer tenant calls, create and track maintenance work orders, and coordinate repairs with vendors and contractors.
- Follow up on repair requests, update maintenance logs, and escalate urgent issues as needed.
- Update spreadsheets and property records using Microsoft Excel and support general office tasks.
Required profile
- Experience in accounts payable and familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop.
- Strong phone etiquette, communication, and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable handling property‑management related tasks.
