Accounting Supervisor

About the role

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of accounting activities for Frame Properties, Inc. This includes maintaining the general ledger, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The role serves as the primary liaison for internal and external audits.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company’s Chart of Accounts in Oracle GL.
• Record, post, and review accounting entries using the Oracle GL system.
• Approve daily cash receipts, disbursements, and ensure proper deposit to the company’s RCBC account.
• Prepare and review monthly and daily financial statements, trial balances, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Conduct variance analysis and reconcile monthly schedules with GL balances.
• Manage tax compliance, including computation, filing, and remittance of income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, and other government obligations.
• Oversee petty cash fund replenishment and related expense processing.
• Coordinate with external auditors, internal audit teams, and BIR examiners during audit cycles.
• Handle SEC reporting requirements and assist with the preparation of annual financial statements.
