About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Staff member to provide essential accounting and clerical support to our finance team. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to work with core accounting processes and develop a solid foundation in financial operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
  • Accurately type, prepare, and maintain accounting documents and records.
  • Prepare bank deposits, post to the general ledger, and generate statements.
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
  • Enter key financial transaction data into the database on a daily basis.
  • Assist company personnel with accounting‑related queries.
  • Research, track, and resolve accounting documentation problems and discrepancies.
  • Inform management and compile reports or summaries on activity areas.
  • Ensure all work follows established standards, procedures, and applicable laws.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
  • Ability to start immediately.
