Accounting Manager

About the role

The Accounting Manager will lead the company's accounting function, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. This role also supports senior management with financial analysis and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and maintain the integrity of financial records.
• Prepare, review, and present financial statements, reports, and analyses.
• Manage cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, tax laws, and other regulatory requirements.
• Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate members of the accounting team.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve and automate financial processes and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting processes, and tax compliance.
• Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Effective leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
