About the role

P&G is looking for an Accounting Manager to lead finance and accounting functions in Taguig City. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on execution, ensuring accurate financial reporting, risk management, and regulatory compliance while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate financial reports and identify statement risks in partnership with business units.
• Oversee end‑to‑end procure‑to‑pay processes, ensuring timely payments and compliance.
• Manage forecasting and management reporting to enable timely decision‑making.
• Provide financial analysis to uncover growth opportunities and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Lead internal controls audits and implement appropriate risk mitigations.
• Ensure tax compliance, accurate tax returns, and identify related risks and opportunities.
• Champion process simplification and drive continuous improvement across finance functions.
