Accounting Manager

About the role
The Accounting Manager will lead the financial closing process, support planning, budgeting and forecasting activities, and provide analysis that drives informed decision‑making. This role ensures compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements while delivering accurate financial reports.
Key responsibilities
- Consolidate data and prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
- Assist in creating presentation materials for senior leadership.
- Track business performance, support target setting and provide benchmarks and insights.
- Prepare KPI analysis and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with finance policies, tax regulations and internal controls.
- Support internal, tax and financial audits.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail.
- Willingness to work onsite in Pasay City.
