About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Associate to join our Inventory Team. The role supports accounting and inventory analysis functions, ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile inventory‑related accounting entries.
- Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
- Prepare and analyse inventory reports for management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Support ad‑hoc data‑analysis projects using Google Workspace tools.
Required profile
- Graduate of Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology or a related degree.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
Required skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Data analysis capabilities.
