About the role
The Accounting Assistant will support ArchEn Technologies in managing audits, financial documentation, and property records. This position involves handling expense audits, petty cash, and preparing monthly financial reports. The role is based in Pasig City and is suitable for recent graduates.
Key responsibilities
- Audit expenses for security agencies, rentals, and contracted services.
- Verify employee allowances and related expense claims.
- Record and monitor incoming and outgoing financial documents.
- Manage petty cash and revolving funds, including replenishment and payment requests.
- Prepare monthly summaries for reporting and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records of property and equipment.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pasig City.
