Accounting Asset Officer

About the role

CIIT is looking for an Accounting Asset Officer to support its mission of transforming Philippine education. You will manage the company’s fixed‑asset register, ensure accurate accounting of asset movements, and collaborate with finance and other departments to improve asset utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the fixed‑asset register, recording acquisitions, transfers, disposals and retirements.
• Tag, track and monitor company assets, ensuring complete documentation.
• Conduct periodic physical inventories and reconcile records with accounting data.
• Coordinate asset issuance, transfers, returns, maintenance, repairs and warranty tracking.
• Prepare asset reports, inventory reconciliations and audit‑related documentation.
• Investigate and resolve asset discrepancies, including missing or damaged items.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, warehouse operations or accounting.
• Knowledge of fixed‑asset accounting principles and inventory management processes.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP or asset‑management software such as SAP.
• Experience with ERP or asset‑management software such as Oracle.
• Experience with ERP or asset‑management software such as Odoo.
• Experience with ERP or asset‑management software such as Microsoft Dynamics.
