Accounting and Tax Manager

About the role

The Accounting and Tax Manager will lead the company's accounting operations, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure accurate revenue recognition, cost allocation, and financial reporting. This senior position reports directly to the CEO and plays a key role in strategic financial planning and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end accounting processes, including revenue recognition, cost basis establishment, and preparation of financial statements.
• Produce timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives.
• Advise the CEO on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and financial risks, including tax and accounting implications.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable policies, internal controls, and compliance with GAAP and tax regulations.
• Communicate effectively across departments to support business operations and corporate initiatives.
• Liaise with external auditors and government agencies such as the SEC, BIR, and local government units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in an accounting role at a reputable firm.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑starter capable of independently managing processes and solving problems collaboratively.
