Accounting Analyst – Finance Team

About the role

Chevron Holdings Inc. (CHI) is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join its Finance team in Makati City, Philippines. The role offers exposure to a wide range of finance functions within a global shared services centre.

Key responsibilities

• Provide core finance and accounting services including month‑end close and reconciliation activities.
• Deliver accurate and timely financial statements while supporting control performance.
• Collaborate with internal finance teams and cross‑functional groups to add value to the organization.
• Identify and drive process‑improvement opportunities across end‑to‑end finance processes.
• Share knowledge and expertise to strengthen organizational capability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in finance, accounting or audit functions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills
