Accountant – Remote (0-2 yrs Experience)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Accountant to join Outsourcey’s remote team. You will support our clients in the Philippines by handling day‑to‑day bookkeeping, financial modelling and reporting, helping them scale efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pro‑forma financial models and templates.
• Support scenario analysis and forecasting for strategic decisions.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, record transactions in the general ledger.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure balanced accounts.
• Assist with payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Prepare basic financial reports and contribute to month‑end close.
• Collaborate with internal teams and liaise with external auditors as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 0–2 years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience.
• Strong numerical, analytical and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks or MYOB.
