Accountant (On-site, Alaminos)

About the role

The Accountant will join our Alaminos office to handle end‑to‑end financial reporting, ledger maintenance and daily transaction recording. This full‑time position supports accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing and tax compliance for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain general ledgers and ensure accurate daily transaction entries.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including bank reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll processing and support tax preparation activities.
• Reconcile accounts, support audits and implement internal controls.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to resolve accounting issues and meet reporting deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and general ledger management.
• Experience in public accounting, shared services or outsourcing environments preferred.
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Alaminos and uphold confidentiality.
