Accountant (Manila) – Full‑time

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Accountant based in Manila to support multiple client accounts. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with Philippine accounting regulations, and effective vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for several clients.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts and conduct monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Monitor and analyse financial data, identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with vendors to process invoices and payments on time.
• Review and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
• Provide financial advice to clients for business decisions.
• Support tax return preparation and audit processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting laws and regulations.
• Experience handling multiple clients and vendors.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced use of MS Office (especially Excel).
