Accountant

About the role

Lattice is seeking an Accountant to support its global sales offices, primarily handling consolidated accounting activities and ensuring compliance with internal policies and SOX controls. The role is based in the Philippines and works closely with internal teams and external auditors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare month‑end close journal entries and related close activities.
• Maintain primary and statutory books for Lattice sales offices.
• Perform account reconciliations, financial reviews, and comparative analyses.
• Ensure SOX compliance, prepare documentation, and support internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
• Manage local compliance requirements for each sales office, varying by country.
• Liaise with third‑party accounting and payroll providers.
• Process employee reimbursements through Concur and handle ad‑hoc accounting requests.

Required profile

• Proven experience in general accounting, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of SOX compliance and internal control documentation.
• Ability to work with external auditors and third‑party service providers.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple country‑specific compliance requirements.
