About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for an Accountant to join its Finance team in Eastwood, Quezon City. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month‑end close, and ensuring compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly balance‑sheet account reconciliations.
• Reconcile and account for company credit‑card and FlexiPurchase transactions.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and fixed‑asset register.
• Process month‑end accruals, journal entries, and intercompany rebills.
• Complete Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) surveys.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities and Profit & Loss (P&L) reporting.
• Identify and drive improvements to finance processes and procedures.
• Provide general support to the Finance team as required.
