Accountant

About the role

Attivo Partners is seeking a proactive Accountant to join its remote finance team. You will own critical accounting tasks and help scale the accounting function for fast‑growing, venture‑backed startups.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger.
• Support the monthly close by posting journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and delivering ad‑hoc financial analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client teams to ensure high‑quality service and accurate deliverables.
• Participate in special projects and ad‑hoc assignments as needed.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of GAAP principles.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and capable of solving problems independently.
• Experience working with standard accounting software solutions.
