About the role

Tokyo Glam is seeking an Accountant to maintain the integrity of financial records across its multiple beauty salon branches in Metro Manila. The role involves managing day‑to‑day financial processes, preparing reports for leadership, and ensuring compliance with Philippine accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records across all Tokyo Glam branches.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries on a regular basis for leadership review.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow across branch operations.
• Handle tax computations, filings, and ensure compliance with BIR regulations and other applicable Philippine tax requirements.
• Process payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements.
• Monitor budgets and flag variances to management with clear analysis.
• Conduct internal audits and reviews of financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure all financial processes are completed in a timely and organised manner.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
