Accountant – Full-time On-site Position

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Accountant to join our Alaminos office. The role involves preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining accurate general ledgers, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks and reconcile accounts.
• Process payroll entries and support payroll administration.
• Assist with tax compliance, documentation and regulatory filings.
• Prepare internal and external financial reports for stakeholders.
• Support audit activities and provide required documentation.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve financial processes and meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and general ledger management.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping, account reconciliation and payroll processing.
• Experience with tax compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to use accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis and reporting.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills and ability to resolve discrepancies.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in outsourcing, shared services or corporate finance preferred.
• High integrity, commitment to confidentiality and willingness to work on‑site.
