Accountant – Desalination Plant

About the role

The Desalination Plant is seeking a qualified Accountant to oversee its financial, payroll, compensation, benefits and project accounting functions. The role ensures accurate transaction recording, monitors project expenditures, delivers timely financial reports and guarantees regulatory compliance while managing employee compensation and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and oversee general accounting activities.
• Process payroll, compensation and benefits for plant staff.
• Manage project accounting, track project costs and monitor expenditures.
• Prepare and deliver timely financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a current PRC license.
• 1‑2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll processing or project accounting.
• Experience in project accounting, payroll, compensation and benefits administration.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
