Accountant – Crypto Financial Services

About the role

Coins, the leading crypto brand in the Philippines, is looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to support multiple entities and ensure accurate financial reporting. You will work closely with internal teams and external auditors to maintain the integrity of the company’s books in a fast‑growing digital‑currency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate accounting entries for several entities by compiling and validating reports from internal teams.
• Assist in timely monthly and annual closing of accounting books.
• Maintain proper supporting documentation for all financial transactions.
• Reconcile discrepancies by gathering and analyzing relevant information.
• Support the preparation of monthly tax filings.
• Provide financial recommendations based on accounting analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and data‑privacy policies.
• Coordinate with other teams and external auditors to deliver timely audits.
• Assist finance managers and corporate finance in day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA is a plus.
• 1‑3 years of experience in accounting or auditing.
• Experience maintaining, closing, and auditing books of accounts, preferably in a financial institution.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and principles.
