About the role
The Account Officer – Housing Loans will drive the origination and marketing of housing loan products, ensuring key business targets are met. This role sits at the intersection of banking and real‑estate development, requiring strong relationship management and a customer‑focused mindset.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with property developers and bank branches.
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with retail clients.
- Identify and solicit target accounts, managing the full sales cycle.
- Deliver account turn‑ins and meet assigned loan origination targets.
- Promote housing loan products in line with marketing strategies.
Required profile
- Enthusiasm for working in a banking environment.
- Strong service and customer orientation.
- Ability to complete responsibilities confidently and efficiently.
- Mastery of consumer loan products, policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of lending operations and credit policies.
