About the role
The Account Officer will focus on auto loan origination and marketing, working to achieve key business targets. This role requires building strong relationships with branch networks and delivering excellent service to retail clients.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with branch networks to drive auto loan origination.
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with retail clients, ensuring compliance with banking policies.
- Identify and solicit target accounts, manage account turn‑ins and meet key business targets.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic about working in a banking environment with a strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to complete tasks confidently and deliver efficient results.
Required skills
- Mastery of consumer loan products, policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of lending operations and credit policies.
