Account Manager, North America, Off-Highway

About the role

As an Account Manager for North America in the Off‑Highway business unit, you will lead account management and business development for assigned OEM customers. Reporting to the Head of OEM Mobile Sales, you will act as the voice of the customer, driving growth, profitability, and long‑term partnership success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies for North American Off‑Highway OEMs.
• Build and maintain profitable customer relationships, communicating Allison’s value proposition.
• Coordinate internal resources across segment, platform, product management, engineering, and operations teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth initiatives.
• Expand market share by driving system and platform adoption.
• Strengthen long‑term OEM partnerships within a matrixed global organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management and business development, preferably within the Off‑Highway or industrial sector.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross‑functional environment.
• Strong communication skills to represent customer needs and company solutions.
