Account Manager – Mid‑Market Portfolio

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for an Account Manager to own the full lifecycle of a portfolio of mid‑market telecom customers. You will partner with sales teams to retain and grow existing accounts while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end account management, including welcome calls, health‑check campaigns and case management.
• Collaborate with sales teams to meet retention and growth targets, deepening share‑of‑wallet.
• Interpret bills, resolve complaints, process account changes and act as a conduit between customers and internal teams.
• Escalate issues on behalf of customers and deliver basic technical support.
• Identify upsell opportunities, promote value‑added services and sell new products to SMB clients.
• Maintain strong relationships and serve as an internal referral point for retention and sales escalations.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of B2B telecom or B2B sales experience with a proven record of meeting targets.
• Experience working in a virtual sales team for a multinational organization.
• Ability to develop and sustain long‑term profitable customer relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce and Tableau.
