Account Manager – Luxury Travel (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead luxury travel arrangements for high‑end clients. The role involves creating bespoke itineraries, coordinating with global partners, and delivering personalized service during night‑shift hours, Monday to Friday, at our SM Aura office in Taguig.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements, including hotels, transfers, car rentals, restaurants, and unique experiences.
• Design and manage bespoke luxury travel itineraries tailored to individual client preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure itinerary accuracy and quality.
• Handle last‑minute changes, cancellations, and travel‑related issues efficiently.
• Work with DMCs, travel partners, and external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Communicate directly with clients to confirm arrangements, provide updates, and manage urgent concerns.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for travel partners, maintaining strong professional relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in client‑facing roles such as Account Manager, Travel Consultant, or Luxury Travel Agent.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high‑end travel arrangements and resolve issues under pressure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑management skills.
• Highly proactive, detail‑oriented, organized, and responsive.
• Willingness to work 100 % onsite on a night‑shift schedule and provide occasional support across time zones, weekends, or holidays.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Salesforce (advantage).
