Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, overseeing the full relationship lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing support. The role coordinates across internal teams to ensure client satisfaction without directly handling operational delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales enquiries, qualify requirements, and track them through the sales process.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender/RFQ submissions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop pricing and service solutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with prospective clients.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, conducting regular check‑ins and business reviews.
• Manage client expectations, handle escalations, and ensure overall client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of Account Management experience, preferably in BPO, IT, or Staff Augmentation.
• Proven ability to independently manage B2B client relationships and conduct business reviews.
• Strong commercial and financial literacy, including drafting SOWs and pricing models.
• Experience handling client escalations and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
