Account Manager

About the role

EP POWER is seeking a full‑time Account Manager to work on‑site in Calabarzon, Philippines. The role focuses on managing and expanding a portfolio of customer accounts for power solutions, acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and translate them into suitable power solutions.
• Coordinate with technical, engineering, and manufacturing teams to develop proposals and quotations.
• Prepare and present proposals, monitor project timelines, and ensure quality and service commitments are met.
• Provide after‑sales support, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Track market trends, uncover new business opportunities, and contribute to revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or similar tools and collaborate closely with the sales team.

Required profile

• Proven account management and customer relationship experience, preferably in technical, industrial, or power‑related products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Basic technical understanding of power solutions, electrical equipment, or related engineering concepts.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Calabarzon and travel to customer locations as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Commitment to a “Customer First” service philosophy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and productivity software.
• Basic knowledge of power solutions and electrical equipment.
