Account Manager

About the role

At NexusPoint, the Account Manager works in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment, acting as the primary liaison for client accounts. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client satisfaction, driving retention, and supporting product adoption while collaborating closely with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building long‑term relationships.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and engagement through proactive communication.
• Identify risks and growth opportunities, supporting onboarding, renewals, and account expansion.
• Manage high‑volume email communication (50+ emails per day) with clarity and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking interactions, deliverables, and action items.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Provide occasional support to the CEO on ad‑hoc projects, research, and communications.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Relationship Management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM platforms).
