Account Manager

About the role

Icon is scaling its managed creative and ads services and is looking for an Account Manager to own client relationships from start to finish. You will be the primary point of contact for brands, ensuring they receive results, renew their contracts, and expand their spend while guiding the creative team toward high‑impact work.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day client relationships, run regular check‑ins, set expectations and proactively address any concerns.
• Drive renewal and retention targets, identifying churn risk early and implementing corrective actions.
• Uncover upsell and expansion opportunities, build business cases with performance data and collaborate with sales to close deals.
• Translate client objectives into clear briefs for the creative team and coordinate priorities with Creative Operations.
• Monitor delivery, throughput and performance metrics, reporting results back to clients.
• Own escalations, working across Ops, Engineering and Creative teams to resolve issues quickly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, client success or agency relationship management, preferably in high‑volume, performance‑driven environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of identifying and closing growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and follow‑through skills, able to build trust quickly.
• Ability to turn ambiguous client needs into actionable requirements for cross‑functional teams.
