Account Manager – ICT Sales

About the role

The Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between Trends and its customers, driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and closing sales within the ICT sector. This role combines relationship management, solution delivery, and sales forecasting to meet and exceed targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or surpass assigned sales quota through proactive lead generation and closing.
• Build, maintain, and expand strong professional relationships with customers.
• Coordinate delivery of Trends solutions to match customer needs and objectives.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all customer‑specific matters.
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts using Salesforce and other templates.
• Prepare proposals and pricing using standard Trends templates.
• Manage the sales lifecycle, including delivery, implementation, billing, and collection.
• Assist with billing and collection processes and ensure compliance with SAP requirements.
• Evaluate payment terms based on customer payment history.

Required profile

• College degree in Economics, Business Administration, IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in sales and ICT.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executives.
• Excellent multitasking and time‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM) proficiency.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency.
• Basic SAP usage for sales orders and related documentation.
