Account Manager – Customer Success & Data Analytics

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for an Account Manager to support its subscription business in the Philippines. Working in a hybrid night‑shift setup, you will analyse customer usage data, spot retention risks and identify growth opportunities, enabling the Customer Success and Sales teams to act proactively.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse subscription usage data using Domo, CRM and other reporting tools to flag at‑risk accounts.
• Identify trends and engagement opportunities, and communicate findings to the Subscriptions and Customer Success teams.
• Support proactive retention efforts by highlighting declining usage early.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth handover and ongoing client success.
• Assist in creating dashboards and visualisations for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate outreach initiatives and pinpoint value‑driven touchpoints for customers.
• Provide feedback on platform usage challenges across different customer segments.

Required profile

• Experience working with analytics platforms such as Domo.
• Familiarity with CRM and subscription/media management systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams including data, marketing, events and editorial.
